BRING COURT CASE RECORDS RETENTION INTO THE 21ST CENTURY CLOUD. UNTIMELY DESTRUCTION CAN MAKE OR BREAK A CASE

Created by D.D. on December 23, 2014

Breach of verbal contract should not be taken lightly as it will be found out. I found a unique blend of our "defenders" and "protectors" run rampant with a sense to breach social contract again and again. As witnessed from neighbors to high courts, I find it my duty to share need to have court-held dockets and retention schedule join the 21st century with privacy in place as overwhelmed system is funneled into pipe designed for logistics formed for yesteryear's design. Current situation is magnanimous and needs "time" to prevail and solve. Introduce individuals to take part in there own case as they should - without a third party out to make a buck and hard to find. We are all required to be self-governing. Educate social responsibility and social contracts.
