Bring criminal charges against GM decision makers for ignoring deaths resulting from component defects.

GM and it's decision-makers callously ignored defects to their ignition switches that put lives at risk. At least 13 of those lives were lost. Criminal charges should be vigorously persued, as they would be against any individual culpable in the lose of human life. GM and it's decision-makers must not be above accountability.
