Our legal system needs to bring light and criminally charge Mothers/Fathers who falsely accuse the other party of crimes during custody and divorce battles. Once the party is proven to be innocent, Criminal charges should be brought open the person who manipulated our legal system. Filing false reports is illegal and a complete waste of our tax dollars and the States time. Bring justice where it is deserved will hopefully stop this from happening. This sort of thing happens every day, it not only ruins the life of the man or woman who is being accused, but the lives of the children who have to go through this. Especially when the parent manipulates or influences their children to lie to public officials.
