HPD was recorded waiting on suspects to come out from a house. A citizen exercised their first amendment right to record police when 2 officers came and detained/arrested the citizen. Prior to this, the citizen voiced concerns about "not all cops are good, some are bad" and put his dog into his vehicle. during the arrest, the dog jumped out of the car and started barking at officers.
