As quoted on the front page of The Forum of Fargo-Moorhead: "For the third time in six years North Dakota lawmakers have rejected a bill that would outlaw discrimination based on sexual orientation."

This is in addition to the existing problem of same sex marriages also being denied by law in North Dakota.

As The United States Declaration of Independence reads: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

These basic human rights are withheld from American citizens in North Dakota solely based off their sexual orientation. Their right to equality has been denied by North Dakota's 63rd Assembly House.

It is NOT okay.
