Obama has cut financial aid pell grant for students from 18 semesters to 12 semesters. The white house talks about wanting to help students and they sneak and pull something like this. How can people survive with student loans when they have massive amounts of debt! Charity starts at home. Help people who are trying to achieve instead of people with their hands out who don't want to achieve any goals but free stuff.
