Bring FDR's Second Bill of Rights before Congress.

Franklin D Roosevelt introduced a Second Bill of Rights on January 11, 1944. As FDR had said the Bill of Rights "proved inadequate to assure us equality in the pursuit of happiness."

That is why I petition the President to bring the Second Bill of Rights before Congress.
