We the People are asking for Federal Charges be brought upon Ethan Couch for his role in the deaths of (4) innocent bystanders and Serious Bodily harm and possibly permanent injuries to (9) others.
District Judge Jean Boyd decided the deaths of four innocent people and Serious Bodily Harm & possibly permanent injuries to two others warranted no worse than 10 years’ probation for 16-year-old Ethan Couch.
I also believe a full investigation should be done involving District Judge Jean Boyd that allowed this young man to getaway with his actions.
