Bring Federal Criminal charges against the Alleged Murderer of Baby Wilkins in the State of Colorado

Created by A.H. on March 21, 2015

Since Colorado Law does not recognize the personhood of the in-utero Baby Wilkins which was allegedly murdered subsequent to an attack on the mother Michelle Wilkins on March 18th, 2015; And Since Federal Law does allow for the prosecution of the harming or Killing of children prior to birth; US Attorney John F. Walsh should bring a Federal indictment of all appropriate criminal charges against the alleged Murderer, Dynel Lane, of Longmont Colorado.

It is important that the citizens and residents of every state have confidence in the legal system, and that no crime will go unpunished, especially a crime that is so outrageous and shocks the conscience perpetrated on one so helpless. If the politics of abortion have made the state of Colorado unwilling or unable to prosecute, DOJ should.
