Former President George W. Bush has been convicted of war crimes in Malaysia. The Malaysian court found him and key members of his administration guilty of cruel, degrading and inhuman treatment of prisoners as well as torture. The proceedings were held in accordance with the Nuremberg Charter which says "Leaders, organizers, instigators and accomplices participating in the formulation or execution of a common plan or conspiracy to commit war crimes are responsible for all acts performed by any person in execution of such a plan." The United States government is not exempt from this Charter. As a result, a trial is owed to the People of the United States as well as to the People of the Earth for these crimes to be answered for and punished appropriately.
