bring forth Federal Legislation and Resources for a African American Public Safety and law and Order Act

There are Dire needs for African Americans to be removed from under all local law enforcements jurisdictions.The disproportionate rates of police violence, victimization and deaths by their hands have passed the critical state. Hate groups have infiltrated all areas of the legal system.The Act should encourage the hiring of African American police officers from our community and provide additional tools to address critical public safety needs, authority to prosecute and punish criminals; expands efforts to recruit,train and create the Bureau of African American Affairs (BAAA) and Community policing. Prosecutors refuse to hold police accountable and the Federal bar is too high to charge police. We have a god given human right to survive, defend and determine our lives without prejudice.
