I want to petition that the Obama administration should push Franziska Foerster's K-1 VISA through its process so that she may be in the USA before Christmas. My name is Matthew Chumley and my fiance Franziska Foerster and I have been working on getting her K-1 VISA since April 5, 2011. We are still waiting with no end in sight. I have contacted congressmen and fulfilled every request of the USCIS. I am a veteran of the middle east and met Franziska while living in Germany from 2009-2011. Help me to get the attention of the Obama Administration and have Franzi here before Christmas.
