The residents of Michigan have been through by far the worst winter in over 135 years, possibly the worst ever. Snowfall records have been only an inch behind the all-time record for worst ever. It has been brutally cold ever since November. I don't remember the last time the temperature rose above 30 degrees for more than a day or two at most before having weeks straight of below zero temperature. To give relief to the people of Michigan, I hereby petition the US Federal government and the Obama administration to send some of that 'global warming' stuff that they've been talking about to Michigan. We want it, and after this winter, we need it.
