Bring gratuity back to hospitality jobs.Add gratuity to all, regardless of party size nationwide regardless of est. size

I have worked in the hospitality field for the past 14 years, and have always received an automatic gratuity on tables of a certain size. Now they have taken away this from everyone who works in this industry.
With this being said, most people who work in this field, receive around 3.50/hr and rely on their tips to pay bills. The automatic gratuity was a saving grace when you have people who come in, rack up a high bill, and leave sometimes not even 10%. We have to tip out on what you just took away. To ensure that no ones feelings get hurt, there should be automatic gratuity on every single check, regardless of party size. Sadly, you want my money that I am being taxed on that I didn't even receive. Bring back the automatic gratuity!
