This is asking the Federal Gov. to step in on even State related crimes that involve people and firearms. we are asking the admin. to set guidelines to as any Crime with a Firearm, that Threatens the wellbeing of any Person, to be delt with in a Harsher way then the penalties that are set fourth currently. We are asking the Admin. to implement a simple 20 years in prison for any violation that pertains to a weapons crime involving People. The 20 years is also a Minimum sentence, with no parole or probation offered.
