Bring the Hawthorne Police Officers involved in the unnecessary killing of a Rottweiler to justice!!

The officers used Excessive force to "subdue" a loose dog defending his owner. All that was needed was for the owner to be released (just at the time to calm the dog down) the incompetence of the officers led to the dog's death. I have wrestled with big dogs like Rottweilers before when i was as young as 12 if they try to actually bite you all you need to do is shove your fore arm (Horizontally) down its mouth to break their jaw, that would've been more effective than killing the animal 95% of its lethality is gone right there without the ability to bite especially if you're a grown [expletive] man. If nothing is done at least begin training officers in subduing domestic animals to avoid future killings as this. There's no need to shoot them you can subdue them same as officers do people.
