Bring hidden history to primary schools so that children have a chance to learn first hand what has to be dug up to know

Created by A.R. on January 27, 2016

With racism more prevalent than ever, children today are left in the dark as to how it really came about and why it still exist today. Children are mostly left to evolve from what they see in the media because most adults don't know the hidden history of this country. More should be taught about Martin Luther King Jr. and other black advances. Children should learn more about slave trade, Christianity, what happened to black wall street, police brutality, and why blacks only option was to stay poor. How were blacks treated up until segregation ended? Because only history's surface is ever taught in schools, history is a waste of time. History today only leaves people to elevate stereotypes. If everything can not fit in the teachers lesson they should direct the children's homework to read
