Sandy Alibangbang is a long time legal resident of Las Vegas who was bullied into pleading guilty to a misdemeanor by a public defender, for a crime he didn't commit. He was deported 5yrs after said crime, and was not given the right to reopen his case and prove his innocence. He has an American wife and 5 American children who need him. He is dying due to a heart condition in the Philippines, and isn't able to receive the care he needs. This was unjust, and he deserves to return home.
