Bring the issue of equal rights to the federal Government. Not just marriage but equal rights across the board

This petition is for overall equal rights for ALL americans. Including the LGBT community. Currently the supream court is set to hear a case for equal right of marriage. That is not enough.
Although the highest court in the land may decide in our favor that will not stop the biggoted people. Indiana and several other states are issuing new bills to allow people and businesses to openly discriminate.
This will not stop. These laws that these states pass will open the door to blatently disreguard all non-discrimination laws. Only acting now with ledgislation from the federal government can we stem the tide of hatered.
We must send a clear message that this will not be tolerated.
