Companies continue to send jobs overseas because of cheaper labor. Every day we hear of more and more jobs being outsourced to India, China, and other countries to increase their profits. That is the bottom line. They do not care about the U.S. economy or the workers. If orporations did no receive incentives/tax breaks and were forced to pay hefty fines or additional taxes for outsourcing, it would not be profitable for them to outsource and they would bring the jobs back to the United States.
