No man deserves to die over an EXPIRED INSPECTION STICKER. While Mr. Kassick should have complied with the law and pulled over his vehicle, the police officer pursuing him had NO RIGHT to murder him when the released footage clearly shows Mr. Kassick complying with her orders, and yielding to arrest.
Officer Lisa Mearkle of the Hummelstown Borough Police Department was found not guilty of criminal homicide for the shooting death of 59 year-old David Kassick on February 2, 2015.
Bring this man justice, no one deserves to die over something so petty. And no murderer should continue to walk the streets without facing the consequences of their actions. We cannot as a society let another murderer go unpunished. This man did not deserve to die.
