"how could the U.S. District Courts of Tampa Florida allow the U.S. Government to bring forth an indictment and charge Mr. Davis said to be under investigation from 2008-2012 with 2 counts of conspiracy with no proven facts or dedicated investigated work.NO DRUGS WERE SEIZED AND INTRODUCED INTO EVIDENCE,NO SURVEILLANCE LOGS OR PHOTOGRAPHS,NO GPS OR CELL PHN TRACKIN RECORDS,NO CONTROLLED PURCHASES OR SALES OF DRUGS BY COOPERATING WITNESSES,NO WIRETAPS OR MONITORED RECORDED CALLS OR CONVERSATIONS,only fictitious lies coerced from a cast of characters sharing the same housing unit as 1another & the Gov. using 2 prior stale convictions to prove their case for Eugene to receive ''LIFE IN PRISON''!
