I started this petition for our missing dad, David V. Neily (case #06-1611) & his mysterious disappearance in Apr 2006.
ALL missing persons deserve to be found. ALL families of the missing want closure. The not knowing is very difficult to live with. We are demanding an independent inquiry into the police investigation. I have made countless attempts to the Detectives that are to be handling this case. I have contacted everyone from the CA AG’s Office to the local DA to the Professional Standards Bureau in Mendocino County as well as Sheriff Allman himself. Occasionally I will receive an e-mail reply from a Detective that gives excuses. Since Apr, 2006 little to no progress has been made to locate our dad.
