Bring to Justice Murderers of 50 Ukrainians Shot by Snipers in Kiev

Snipers killed over 50 people in Kiev, Ukraine in February 2014. It should be primary responsibility of Unites States to bring terrorists responsible for this atrocity to justice, since new Ukrainian government falsely proclaimed that snipers were special forces of the ousted President. According to Ukrainian Right Sector snipers were Russian FSB officers. And Russia says it was Right Sector itself carried out mass murders, specifically targeting police officers, youth and women to instigate riot in this European capital. Also former Ukrainian Prime Minister claims that snipers are hired NATO mercenaries paid by CIA. The most disturbing claim came from Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Paet that snipers are representatives of new Ukrainian government. US and World must find responsible party
