Mr. Bieber has recently been caught driving over the speed limit on many occasions.. But recently it was discovered by police not much longer than a week ago that he had not only been driving over the speed limit but he was also under the influence of Alcohol, marijuana and it is also believed he was under the influence of anti-depressant drugs also.
By driving too fast whilst under the influence of drugs and alcoholic beverages he has put many lives of American citizens at risk. As we all know the number of drink driving accidents is a devastatingly large figure and some of us have even gone through tragedies of our own due to drink driving.
We need to make it clear that this life endangering behaviour is not acceptable.. Pop star or not.
