My 10 year old daughter is the ward of the state of New Mexico. She has been in a children's psyc hospital for a few years. When CYFD got word I wanted to reopen my 2011 case they moved her to Phoenix Arizona where she is in a children's psyc hospital and when she has outbursts they hold her down and put a restraining jacket on her. I am asking for you to reevaluate my life and allow Kaitlynn Breann Westfall to come home with her parents and siblings. In 9 states theres a law for getting them back after so many years have past but NM is not one. Why should your taxes pay for my childs stay and well being when I am more capable of taking care of her. Please give me another chance, I can prove I am a fit parent for my own child.
