Congress is on pace to make to be the least productive congress since WWII. This isn't because they don't have anything to do, nor is it because they are spending so much time earnestly debating the issues facing the American people. It is because a minority of Representatives don't like Pres. Obama and the party that they caucus with, are scared of them.
Congressional Leaders pledged to make Pres. Obama a one term President. House Chairpersons promised to investigate daily everything that Pres.Obama put forward. Even prior to their election, some Congressman ran on the premise that would they would vote against ANYTHING that Pres.Obama is for. They won't even advise and consent as specifically directed so that federal judges can be appointed. It's embarrassing.
