Congress' first and only pledge of allegiance should be to the people they work for - the American taxpayers and citizens. Signing pledges to Grover Norquist and to the American Legislative Exchange Council are a huge conflict of interest. Like the Supreme Court Justices who attend the Koch resort conferences.
ALEC members are 90% Republicans and 10% Democrats.
