Bring the Mike Brown versus Darren Wilson trial to the federal court level.

Created by K.K. on November 25, 2014

The outcome of the Michael Brown versus Darren Wilson trial was biased due to an invalid balance of jury members bent to Darren Wilson's favor. Ferguson population consists of roughly 67% African American, though the jury consisted of nine Caucasians and three African Americans after re-selecting a grand jury three times to end with a favorable outcome. Darren Wilson is guilty of murder and hate crime, yet got away scott-free. Many cases before similar to this one have ended with similar outcomes. In the current American judicial system, referring to previous similar cases to come to a decision is common. Bringing this case to a federal level, and if necessary, to the Supreme Court, with a better outcome could change the decisions of future hate crime cases.
