Bring more awareness to women's rights as far as the occupational world goes, and actually acting upon that awareness.

Women are considered to have equal rights compared to men, but whenever women are job hunting they seem to have less opportunities to interview for a job. There are still people in the United States who won't openly show their distaste for a woman worker, but will not higher them, even if they are more qualified, over a man worker. Women should have the same consideration men have in the working world, especially if they have the same level of qualification.
