We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Bring more regulations and sustainable practices to the ice, soy beans, corn, wheat and palm oil industries.

Created by N.S. on August 26, 2016

We the people ask the administration to bring about much needed regulations, reforms, and sustainable practices to the industries producing soy beans, corn, wheat, palm oil, and rice. Rice, soy beans, corn, wheat and palm oil are basic food stuffs, yet according to a recent report by Oxfam (link here https://www.oxfamamerica.org/press/just-five-food-commodities-produce-mo...), the production of these and other foods accounts for 25% of greenhouse emissions. To counter this, we ask that the administration put more into regulating, and reforming these industries, such as with promoting use of sustainable technology. Because we need food, yet also need to take every step to stem climate disaster.
