Bring most US territories into the Union as States, including Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam and US Virgin Islands.

Petition for the Unionization of four of the US Territories, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Guam.

Adding these territories would stop the loss of money by the government maintaining and protecting land area not contributing to our government by paying taxes and other civil duties.

Also this could potentially make travel to and from easier and increase the US tourism dollars. This would also add money to our GDP.
