The officer who murdered 83-year old Delma Towler in New York had no grounds to use any force at all. Murder is not excusable by anyone, especially those who are supposed to protect the citizens of the United States. She was murdered like an animal when she simply feared for her life. The officer responsible should be permamently removed from his position and tried for first degree murder. We cannot allow atrocities like this to happen ever again.
