In July of 2014, Eric Garner was put into an illegal chokehold by New York Police Officer Daniel Pantaleo, which caused Eric Garner to go into cardiac arrest and dying. Officer Daniel Pantaleo was not charged with murder, and is now free to continue his career. Eric never had the option to defend himself, it was taken by Officer Daniel Pantaleo in cold blood. Bring Officer Daniel Pantaleo to justice by charging him for the first-degree murder of Eric Garner.
