Bring Our Troops Home, Train and Utilize Them in Civil Engineering Projects Around the Country.

It's time to bring all our military troops home from war. Re-deploy them throughout the U. S. to assist in reparing roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, and cleaning up polluted land and water sources. They can also assist in refurbishing empty schools and other buildings to be green, energy efficient, affordable housing or village/community centers. They can build light-rail systems in cities that desperately need quality mass transit to ease the strains of commuting. Our troops should not have to struggle to find work here at home when their military terms are up. Their skills and leadership can be expanded and used to correct infrastructure problems throughout our country. They can become the new Corp of Engineers that we so sorely need, and eventually help to train others.
