Bring the People Responsible for the Tiananmen Square Massacre (4th June 1989) to Justice

Created by H.R. on May 28, 2013

After days of protests in Beijing (then Peking), on June 4, 1989 the Chinese Government sent its army to evacuate Tiananmen Square and authorised the use of deadly force.
24 years have passed, yet the people responsible haven't been brought to justice. The same totalitarian dictatorship continues to govern the country.
Many of those who were in power at the time of the massacre are still living a carefree life not to mention a luxurious one.
Vigils are held in Hong Kong year after year, yet nothing has changed. The Chinese government has not admitted its crime. It has not apologised to the victims and their families nor to the people of China for this unforgivable sin.
Why hasn't the world done anything to bring the murderers to justice?
Justice must be served even after all these years.
