Each presidential candidate will receive an exhaustive list of the top issues in the country and prioritize them publicly and their answers will be remain hidden and protected under 24/7 streaming public video surveillance.
All voting Americans will receive the same list of issues. Each citizen will select a chosen number of issues from the list and prioritize their selections. Based on a simple issue-to-political party test on the issues,the influence in their vote will correspond with their knowledge of all parties basic standpoints. (All major parties includes as well as top independent parties.)
The candidate who comes closest to what the people want will be elected. This will become the presidents job description, THE PEOPLES AGENDA and if not followed may result in impeachment.
