President Paul Kagame of Rwanda is a blood thirsty dictator who organized the genocide for political gain and numerous other crimes of war including crimes against humanity and torture of members of opposition parties. People of Rwanda are in need of democracy, freedom of speech, and the right to live without fear of being murdered or persecuted. The United States is helping other countries in the world to acquire freedom and democracy but Rwandan people have been forgotten; Rwandan people deserve a government of the people, by the people and for the people as do the American people.
