Even though everyone is entitled to a fair, speedy trial and a entitled to an attorney if one cannot be afforded, even with all of that, some people still do not receive the proper justice they deserve.
Improper justice is due to a bad judge, bad trial, can not afford a lawyer so a horrible attorney is entitled to that person.
Signing this petition would tell President Obama that the Court system is no longer working out and that the judges should be secretly reviewed at least once a year, so should the attorneys, and the process of the trial revisited and revised, so it can be better for EVERYONE.
