bring in a reform of the second amendment

The Second Amendment (Amendment II) to the United States Constitution is the part of the United States Bill of Rights that protects the right of the people to keep and bear arms. It was adopted on December 15, 1791, 1791 was over 2 centuries ago, 221 years ago to be exact, a time of flintlock pistols and single fire muskets, 221 years later, the weapon systems have become much more advanced, they are no longer limited to slow firing single shot weapons, today's assault rifles usually have magazine sizes of 20-30 or more rounds, more than enough to decimate a class of children, a crowd of people in a mall, or a crowd on a side walk, such weapons did not exist during 1791, the second amendment is in need of reform.
