The government is suppose to have checks and balances to prevent any 1 man from preventing or having the ability to control. House Speaker John Boehner has unequivically violated this guiding principal of the United States Constitution by REFUSING to bring the bill to the house floor for consideration by the other 434 members to vote on. This is suppose to be a government for the of the people, for the people, by the people but apparently 2.7 million of 313.9 million people do not count!
