The state of NY has infringed upon the second amendement by banning a weapon of any kind. The 2nd amendment is in place to maintian the freedom of the USA from its own government. By banning any kind of weapon, that ability is then limited and the people will be unable to maintain its freedoms in the event that we need to take action.
