We insist on swift and righteous justice to be brought upon all involved in the horrendous and disgusting act of human rights violations inflicted upon Bou Bou Phonesavanh and the government which has refused any form of support for the child. We believe that the government officials involved in this grotesque act of negligent child endangerment is a crime which must be dealt with accordingly and not be allowed to continue turning a blind eye. This child and family have scars which no one can ever heal, but allowing the perpetrators to walk free and continue to be given authority is nothing short of a slap in the face to American justice and salt in the wounds for the family.
Action must be taken.
