In the past, a Bill for Term Limits for Congress was voted down by congress. This creates a conflict of interest and therefore the vote in such cases should be brought before the true voice of the people through the popular system. Our current system has become so dysfunctional that our country is being damaged by members of congress that seek to push their own agenda and not the will of the people. Let the people speak.
