We killed Osama bin Laden. We killed many Al-Qaeda leaders. Yet, US still have many of our soldiers fighting in Afghanistan to protect dictators and war lords. Meanwhile families are suffering without their loved ones and many come home with permanent injuries and sometimes in coffins.
Our deployment there now is wasting our tax dollars, putting extra hardship on soldiers and their families, and most important of all, cutting short the lives of our young soldiers. It is time to bring troops home, Mr. President.
