Bring US in to the future with Sleep Apnea Awareness make April 18 national day

"The significance of April 18 th is that it is the date of publication of the first article in a medical journal about a treatment that revolutionized the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea: continuous positive airway pressure or CPAP. Prior to the discovery of CPAP, only radical surgery was available as a treatment." Edward Grandi Executive Director American Sleep Apnea Association 6/11 I would like this day to help save lives .We need help those in need. I also ask that government change it views on the sleep tests. To create a program to help those who can't afford tests and equipment. Make all federal paid programs that has students ages 4-27 get check to see if they have a sleep disorder. It require all students or parent one to use The Epworth Sleepiness Scale/sleep test per yr.
