Joseph Kony became active in Uganda about 25 years ago. He is the head of a Christian extremist group called the LRA. The LRA abducts children and forces them to either be sex slaves or child soldiers, depending on the gender. However, Kony is no longer active in Uganda, and has been in hiding recently. He is a horrible war criminal and monstrous man.
