Bring the White house and all of its staff under Social Security and Medicare, and then do the same for Congress

Eventually bring all of the federal government under Social Security and Medicare. That way Congress will have to take into consideration their own welfare and will end this attitude in Congress of "Don't do as I do, do as I tell you to do". End the special pension deals that Congress has made for themselves, and base their pension like the military. Since I am dreaming here, also bring the entire country under Medicare, and end this bickering over the Health Care Bill.
