Wolves was once roaming all over New England. Then settlers came in and killed them. Some wolves have made it here from Canada, and they end being killed by people who thought they were killing a coyote. I don't believe these people. Wolves are much bigger than coyote. People complain about too many coyotes, wolves would help keep coyote population under control. Deers eat young tree saplings because there is not enough small plants to eat due to overpopulation. Wolves would eat a deer to keep it a healthy ecosystem.
