If automatic budget cuts are allowed to take effect it is proposed that all congressional offices ,both Senate and House of Representatives, be open to immediate elections with no incumbents allowed to participate in any office election. The congressmen may hold offices until replaced however no entitlements will be earned starting 01 Mar 2013. Congressional wages stop on official impeachment or resignation date. This process is to repeat every eighteen months until compromise is made.
